Job Opening: $25 Onsite Licensed Health Insurance Agent Rep (Inbound)

RemX is seeking Onsite Licensed Health Insurance Agents for our client. Their ideal candidate is success-driven, ambitious, and committed to achieving goals—without compromising on delivering exceptional client experience.

• Title: Onsite Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Do not apply if you don’t hold an Active Georgia Health Insurance License or don’t have prior experience)
• Location: Onsite (Duluth, GA 30096)
• Pay: $25/hr (Performance-based bonus also available, where most earn $26/hour and top performers $28/hour)
• Start: 9/10
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 10am-9pm (8-hour shifts) 

Duties

• Follow up on customer requests and sales leads to ensure timely resolution and conversion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationship
• Provide tailored product recommendations by actively listening and connecting client needs to appropriate solutions.
• Support sales efforts by identifying up selling opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.
• Demonstrate empathy and patience, ensuring every interaction feels personal and supportive.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in inbound/outbound call center and 6+ months of Health plan sales experience
• Active Health License in the state of GA
• Highly driven and competitive in nature
• Ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
• Able to navigate technical issues independently
