Position Overview
- Role: Medical Prior Authorization Specialist (Case Manager)
- Location: Remote work from home, but you must live in or near Irving, TX (equipment pick-up required)
- Pay: $19 per hour (weekly pay) + full benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–8 PM (8-hour shift within these hours, no weekends)
- Training: Remote training ; equipment is supplied and must be collected locally
- Status: Long-term opportunity with potential for permanent placement

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with patients, pharmacists, providers, and insurance payors to ensure timely medication coverage
- Verify patients’ insurance and perform benefit investigations
- Manage and assist with insurance appeals for claim denials
- Provide clear and compassionate communication by phone and email
- Document all interactions accurately and follow healthcare regulations
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace
- Ability to multitask and manage detailed information
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others
