Position: Licensed Health Insurance Agent
Location: Onsite – Miramar, FL
Start Date: August 2025
Compensation:

• $26/hour
• $27/hour for bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English

Schedule:

• Hours of Operation: Sunday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Work Week: 40 hours (overtime available)

About the Role

We’re seeking motivated and licensed Health Insurance Agents who are passionate about helping clients make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage. This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships.
• Follow up on inquiries and sales leads to ensure timely resolution and conversion.
• Provide personalized product recommendations by actively listening and aligning solutions with client needs.
• Identify upsell opportunities to support sales growth and enhance client value.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in every interaction, ensuring a supportive and positive experience.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License – Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center
• At least 6 months of sales experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Self-motivated and competitive with a drive to exceed goals
• Technically proficient and able to troubleshoot independently
• AHIP Certification – Preferred
