Position: Medical Claims Representative

• Pay: $19/hour (weekly pay) + full benefits

• Location: Work from home – Mississippi residents only

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8?AM–10?PM?EST (any 8-hour shift within this window)

• Training: Paid training provided, equipment shipped to your home

• Start Date: Early October 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process medical claims submitted by healthcare providers

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to assist patients with medical inquiries

• Verify claim information against patient records and insurance policies

• Communicate with providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve discrepancies

• Investigate claim denials or rejections and take appropriate action
