What You’ll Do

• Process customer EDI orders and inbound deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.

• Create and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance.

• Act as a key point of contact, keeping customers and logistics partners informed of order or delivery updates.

• Support import and export processes (e-CRS, LRTC, Item Master, AB#, etc.).

• Research and resolve invoice and system issues, partnering with sales, accounting, logistics, suppliers, and customers.

• Manage and report on past due collections, providing clear updates to management.

• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accrual journal entries and reporting.

• Calculate purchase orders based on customer demand, forecasts, inventory levels, and lead times.

• Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—with stakeholders at all levels.

• Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; JD Edwards (JDE) experience preferred.

• Background in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational skills and a process-driven mindset.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
