Summary

Agents Will quote and sell homeowner’s and renter’s insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects from advertising ad purchased leads while providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers.

Type of Hire: Direct Hire

Start Date: 11/17/2025

Non-Bilingual Pay Rate: $25/hour + uncapped variable compensation plan

Bilingual Spanish Pay Rate: $26.75/hour + uncapped variable compensation plan

Bonus : average $2,000/mo but could be up to $7,000/mo for top performers

(total annual of $80k to $100k)

Training:

• Onsite – Englewood, CO 80112
• 8 weeks (no time off during training) – 8:30am-5:00pm local time

Post-Training Schedule: 

• Monday – Friday shifts between 10.30 am and 8pm local time with some rotating weekends  
• *shift payrate differential: for the latest shift and working after 5pm and Saturdays
• There is a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation. ending at 5:00pm AZ time on Saturdays.

Post-Training Location: Work from home (must be available to go onsite for occasional meetings/trainings)

Job Description

• You will quote and sell insurance products: Engage with both new and current customers to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. • Use multiple systems to run reports and verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insureds regarding their insurance and driving history. • Explain coverage details and payment options to customers, ensuring they fully understand their policies. • You may also conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads • Assist existing customers with policy changes and other service • Attend sales meetings, seminars, and educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations, and maintain state licensing.

Requirements

• Must have an active PRODUCER Property and Casualty License or personal lines
• Must reside within the required distance from the hub location.
• Must be available to work and commit to training and work schedule.
• Must be empathetic, driven, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to communicate effectively, and have influence.
