Description

We are looking for several Temp to Perm CSR Representatives for our client in Plantation, FL OR Miramar, FL. This call center position requires you to have great customer service, empathy, & great job stability.

  • Title: Onsite Call Center Representative
  • Pay: $17 an hour ($18 if you speak fluent Spanish & English)
  • Start date: September or October
  • Location: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL
  • Hours: Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 7am-11pm 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound calls
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted authorizations or determination requests
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
  • High School Diploma
  • Great job stability
