Job Opening: Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite in Plantation or Miramar, Florida
Compensation: $17.00 per hour $18 for bilingual Spanish and English fluency
Schedule: 10am or 12:30pm start for 8 hour day. Must be open to both Monday – Sunday
Start: Oct 6 2025
Candidates must be available to work the full schedule.
Position Title: Onsite Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members with benefit-related inquiries
- Provide accurate information and resolve consumer issues with professionalism
- Educate members on the status of submitted documents and service requests
- Achieve performance targets in areas such as efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and attendance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center experience is a strong plus
- Open availability between Monday – Sunday ntil assigned schedule
