Description

RemX is seeking a Vendor Relations/Customer Service Specialist to keep our automotive production running smoothly. This role focuses on building strong vendor partnerships, resolving supply chain challenges, and supporting purchasing activities.

Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday

Location: Murfreesboro, TN/100% onsite 

Type: 9 month contract with the potential to go permanent

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage vendor relationships for automotive components

  • Negotiate solutions when parts are delayed or missing

  • Support purchasing and track orders/shipments

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prevent production delays

  • Monitor vendor performance and drive improvements

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Experience in vendor relations (automotive or component parts preferred)

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Background in purchasing/procurement a plus

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
