Our client, a leader in customer experience technology and services company, is hiring for Account Executive to work with active Accounting software customers who have expressed a business need.  The role will run a scheduled appointment to diagnose the challenge and upsell the customer into a Accounting software product.  This is a quota carrying sales role.

Type of Hire: Direct Hire  

Pay Rate: $23.50/hour + commission (Avg of $600 ) + great benefits!

Annual Pay: $56k average (Top performers can do $60k annually)

Location: Onsite Tempe, AZ 85281 (hybrid 3-6 months after training. 2 or 3 days in the office)

Training : 5 weeks onsite training at – Tempe, AZ 85281

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours TBD (most likely 9am-6pm)

Post Training Schedule: 

• Candidates must be available to be assigned an 8-hour shift between 7am and 7pm (MST). Most likely start in the 10am-7pm shift.
• NO TIME OFF during training or around Thanksgiving/Black Friday as that is their busy time. They will have Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving off.

Responsibilities:

• Run 10-15 scheduled 30 minute appointments daily
• Employ a defined sales methodology to consult prospects and customers
• Resolve customer challenges by solutioning and selling Accounting software products
• Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner

Job Requirements:

• 3 years or more of sales experience (must have been a metrics/quota driven sales role). 
• Strong sales acumen
• Results driven, team oriented with proven ability to sell
• Record of achieving productivity and/or goals and/or performing beyond stated objectives
• Negotiation skills
• Able to work with customers to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Identifies and considers innovative approaches to situations or problems
• Demonstrates strong foundation of business fundamentals, measurement, and business finance
• CRM experience, Tech-saavy and Typing skills – 35 WPM Minimum
• Accounting or tax software experience preferred. SAAS sales experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
