Position:Remote Medical Customer Service Rep.
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Paid Training!!!
Equipment Provided
Start Date: October 2025
Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. Monday through Saturday (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours and be available to work Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume inbound calls.
- Outbound calls if depending on department needs.
- Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider
- Assist callers with information and status of their application
- Follow a call script
- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller
- Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller
- Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs
- Follow company policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
Must have: Must have 1 year or more of recent customer service experience in a call center environment. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
- Adhere to all company required KPI'S
- Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
