The Trip Operation Specialist play a critical role in ensuring seamless transportation experiences for members. Proactive trip planning, organizational skills, problem solving, and communication. 

Responsibilities – 

• Assign drivers and vehicles to upcoming trips
• Handle any last minute trips or changes
• Reschedule appointments when transportation is not available
• Monitor dashboards 

Qualifications – 

• Prior exp in transportation, logistics, or dispatching a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• High School diploma or GED
