Job Opening: Bilingual Customer Service

RemX is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Onsite in Plantation Florida 

Pay rate: $18 per hr. – Flexible 8 hr. shifts  

Bilingual Spanish and English 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assign drivers and vehicles to upcoming trips based on member needs (e.g., wheelchair van, gurney van, sedan).
• Ensure all trips within the designated time-frame are covered with suitable transportation providers.
• Handle last-minute trip requests by securing drivers and vehicles under tight timelines.
• Reschedule medical appointments when transportation cannot be arranged.

Qualifications: 

Prior experience in logistics, transportation planning, dispatching, or customer service preferred.
