• Position: Remote Medical Customer Service Rep.
• Pay: $16/hr. | Weekly Pay + Benefits 
• Paid Training
• Equipment: Provided and shipped to your home.
• Start Date: Mid-October 2025
• MUST RESIDE IN TEXAS

Schedule:
8am–10pm EST, Monday through Saturday
Must be able to work an 8-hour shift during these hours and be available to work Saturdays.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and may perform some outbound calls assisting patients. 

• Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits.

• Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy.

• Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines.
