Job Opening: Call Center CSR- Banking Rewards Support
Description
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers of leading U.S. financial institutions. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound inquiries related to the rewards programs associated with their bank accounts. You’ll provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Position Highlights
Start Date: October and November
Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ 85260
Pay: $20/hour
Training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday for 4 weeks
Post-Training Shifts: Multiple options within 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM
What You Will Do
· Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding their bank’s rewards program.
· Provide clear and accurate information about points, redemption options, program rules, and account status.
· Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
· Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies and procedures.
· Meet performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
Requirements
· High School Diploma
· 1 year minimum of recent Call Center customer service experience (no exceptions)
· Typing- WPM- 25
