Our Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client is seeking dedicated, customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join their growing remote team. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this could be the perfect fit for you!
$17/hr. + Weekly Pay & Benefits
Full-Time, M–Fri (Any 8-hr shift between 8 AM–10 PM EST)
Start Date: Mid-October 2025

What You’ll Do:
- Perform inbound and outbound calls assisting patients
- Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits.
- Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy.
- Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage.
- Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of RECENT call center experience (required – no exceptions!)
- Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits (plus!)
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
- A quiet, distraction-free home office setup
- High-speed wired internet (hotspots not accepted)
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
