Texas Residents Only | Must Be Able to Pick Up Equipment in Irving, TX
Pay: $17/hr. | Weekly Pay + Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | Any 8-hour shift between 8am–10pm EST
Start Date: Early November 2025
Training: Paid Training (Virtual)
Equipment: Provided | Pickup Required in Irving, TX

What You’ll Do:

• Perform inbound and outbound calls assisting patients

• Provide exceptional customer support regarding prescription benefits

• Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy

• Partner with insurance carriers to ensure proper medication coverage

• Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups

• Conduct Benefit Investigations (BIs) by contacting insurance companies

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines
