This is a Contracted Role until June of 2026
Pay: $16 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am- 4:30pm

Position Summary
In this role you to support the onboarding and maintenance of our insurance agents selling our products and services. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives in a structured, process driven environment.
Create and Maintain agent and client profiles
Send Notices and request additional information when requested
Ensure billing is correct
Data entry and record maintenance
Communicate via e-mail, phone and internal chat systems
Qualifications:
1+ year of administrative or data entry experience (insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently and following structured workflows.
Proficient in email communication; must be able to send clear, professional messages (no replies or phone calls required).
