RemX Staffing is looking for Inside Sales Representative with an active Property & Causality license. Must be local to Atlanta, GA!

- Non-bilingual pay rate: $25 /hr + uncapped variable compensation (average $2,000/mo but could be up to $7,000/mo for top performers)
- Bilingual Spanish pay rate: Will receive a 7% premium
(must be fully bilingual and comfortable with the translation of the health care coverage, NOT conversational. MUST PASS bilingual assessment)
- Start Date: 01/05/2026
- Training Length: 8 weeks
- Training Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm EST
- Post-Training Schedule:
- After training new hire shifts will be evening shifts ending at 9:00pm local time Monday through Friday and ending at 5:00pm local time on Saturdays.
- There is a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation.
- All new hires will work a 9-hour Monday with a 7-hour shift later in the week.
- This will total 40 hours per week.
- You will have a 30-minute lunch break that is not paid and 2 paid breaks that are shorter than lunch.
- We do shift rankings, but you can expect to have the permanent schedule for a minimum of a year. Even with shift rankings changes to your permanent shift is not a guarantee.
This position assists clients via warm leads to educate, provide quotes and sell any, or all insurance products. This is done by demonstrating advantages of our company’s products, services and benefits while also overcoming objections to purchase.
In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home. On occasion you may be asked to travel to the office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
Responsibilities:
- Quotes and sells any, or all, of the following insurance products – automobile, homeowners and umbrella insurance. Follows up on missing information to close insurance sales via phone or email to prospective clients.
- Attends required training, on-going training, meetings, one on ones, and continued education requirements to maintain active property casualty license.
- Demonstrates advantages of our company’s products, services and benefits while also overcoming objections to purchase.
Requirements:
- Acquire resident and all necessary non-resident Property Casualty licenses and maintain active status through CE credits.
- Attention to detail to provide accurate quotes to clients.
- Ability to multi-task on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote.
- Ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
