Position: Remote Medical Customer Service Representative
Location: Texas residents only (must currently reside in TX)
Pay: $16/hr | Weekly Pay + Benefits
Training: Paid
Equipment: Provided
Schedule: 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. CT (must be able to work any 8-hour shift within this window)
What You’ll Do

Handle high-volume inbound calls; place outbound calls as needed based on department needs.

Provide accurate, compliant information to patients and/or healthcare providers.

Assist callers with program information

Follow a call script while delivering an effortless, high-quality customer experience.

Document calls thoroughly and provide appropriate follow-up and next steps.

Multitask across several internal systems
-
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and KPI expectations.
Must-Have Requirements

1+ years of recent call center experience (no exceptions).

Strong verbal and written communication; excellent active listening and problem-solving.

Proven ability to multitask and work with dual monitors.

Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, system navigation).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Quiet, dedicated workstation and high-speed internet with modem access (required).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Healthcare/customer service in medical settings is a plus (not required).
