Position: Remote Medical Customer Service Representative
Pay: $16/hr. | Weekly Pay + Benefits
Training: Paid Training
Equipment: Provided
Oklahoma State Residents ONLY
Start Date: November 2025
Schedule:
8am–9pm EST, Monday through Friday
(Must be able to work ANY 8-hour shift between these hours)
What You’ll Do:

Handle high-volume inbound calls

Make outbound calls depending on department needs
-
Provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers

Assist callers with application status and next steps

Follow a structured call script
-
Deliver excellent customer service and an effortless caller experience

Multitask efficiently across multiple internal systems
-
Follow company policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
-
1 year or more of recent call center experience required (no exceptions)

Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
-
Ability to multitask and use dual monitors
-
Adhere to all company KPIs
-
Quiet, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet and modem access required (no mobile hotspots)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigation)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Must live in Oklahoma to be considered
