Job Opening: Call Center Agent (Bilingual English & Spanish)-Onsite
Description
RemX is seeking Onsite Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a local Insurance Company. This position requires you to have great customer service experience and empathy.
Must be flexible with schedule
Hours: start time can be anywhere between 9am-11:30am, 8 hour shift (Will require to work at least ONE WEEKEND DAY)
Onsite only
Contract to hire opportunity
Mut be Fluent in English and Spanish
Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls only
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
- High School diploma
- Goal-driven and detail oriented
