Position: Remote Medical Benefits Representative
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Training: Paid Training
Equipment: Provided
Start Date: December 2025

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, any 8 hour shift between 7:00am and 8:00pm

What You Will Do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting patients

  • Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy

  • Conduct Benefit Investigations by contacting insurance carriers

  • Provide exceptional customer support regarding prescription benefits

  • Assist patients with coverage updates, next steps, and status checks

  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and all compliance requirements

  • Navigate multiple internal systems while maintaining accuracy

  • Meet required performance metrics and quality standards

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent medical insurance experience required

  • Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits is a plus

  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to multitask

  • Quiet home workspace with high speed wired internet. No mobile hotspots

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
