Position: Medical Benefits Representative
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Training: Paid Training
Equipment: Provided
Projected Start: December 2025
Requirement: Candidates must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX

Schedule:
7:00am – 8:00pm | Must be available to work any assigned 8 hour shift between the hours of operation

Monday – Friday 

What You Will Do:

• Complete Benefit Investigations by calling insurance carriers

• Assist patients with prescription benefit questions and coverage details

• Verify insurance, billing, and medical information

• Perform outbound and inbound calls depending on program needs

• Document case information accurately in multiple systems

• Communicate clearly regarding next steps and coverage outcomes

• Follow HIPAA guidelines and all compliance standards

• Meet department quality and productivity expectations
