RemX is seeking fully Remote Bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representatives for a local Insurance Company. This position requires you to have great customer service experience and empathy.
- Must be flexible with schedule
- Must live in Dade or Broward County
- Hours: start time can be anywhere between8am-11:30am
- 8 hour shift (Will require to work at least ONE WEEKEND DAY)
- Onsite only
- Must be Fluent in English and Spanish
- Start Date November 10th
Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls only
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
- High School diploma
- Goal-driven and detail oriented
- High Speed Internet require
