We’re seeking a hands-on Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for retail merchandiser roles. This fast-paced position requires a self-starter who can manage full-cycle recruiting with minimal training. ADP and E-Verify experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard retail merchandiser candidates.
- Post job ads and maintain communication with applicants.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Process new hire paperwork, background checks, and onboarding through ADP.
- Manage E-Verify for compliance and maintain accurate employee files.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting experience (retail/merchandising preferred).
- Proficient with ADP and E-Verify.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Available to work on-site full-time
