Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to oversee approximately 18 Customer Service Agents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to drive team success. Prior Banking environment experience helpful.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a team of CSAs to meet project goals and KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Serve as the primary liaison between team members and senior management.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to improve productivity and service quality.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
- Foster a culture of learning and professional growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor
- CRM experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
