Location: Greenville, South Carolina
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop our customer service team in Greenville, SC. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, resolving escalations, and ensuring accuracy in customer transactions and vendor communications. Experience in the door industry, HVAC or construction is strongly preferred.
Expectations
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- 5+ years of customer service management experience or 10+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and train team members effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Customer Service Team
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Approve invoices and oversee CSR functions, including:
- Booking and creating work orders for new equipment
- Preparing and sending transmittals to vendors based on scope and pricing from purchasing
- Releasing orders in vendor portals according to purchasing guidelines
- Building and maintaining job folders
- Coordinating ship dates with the sales team
- Alerting vendors to missing or damaged shipments
