Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls only
• Respond to and resolve consumer inquiries and issues
• Educate customers on the status of previously submitted per-authorizations or per-determination requests

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience with the same employer
• High School Diploma required
