Summary

Agents Will quote and sell automobile, homeowner’s and renter’s insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects from advertising ad purchased leads while providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers.

Type of Hire: Direct Hire

Start Date: February 23th 2026

Non-Bilingual Pay Rate: $25/hour + uncapped variable compensation plan

Bilingual Spanish Pay Rate: $26.75/hour + uncapped variable compensation plan

Bonus : average $2,000/mo but could be up to $7,000/mo for top performers

Annual pay: between $80 and $100k

Location: Work from home (must be available to go onsite for occasional meetings/trainings. Must live close to Eden Praire, MN, Phoenix, AZ, Madison WI, Denver, CO, Las Vegas NV, Green Bay, WI, Akron, OH

Training: remote for 7-8 weeks (no time off during training) – 8:30am-5:00pm local time

Post-Training Schedule: 

• New hires  will get evening shifts ending at 9:00 pm local time Monday through Friday (adjustments to shift after one year are subject to business needs, performance and availability )
• There is a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation (ending at 8:00 pm)

Job Description

• You will quote and sell insurance products: Engage with both new and current customers to provide tailored insurance solutions • Run reports and verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insureds regarding their insurance and driving history. • Explain coverage details and payment options to customers, ensuring they fully understand their policies. • You may also conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads • Assist existing customers with policy changes and other service • Attend sales meetings, seminars, and educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations, and maintain state licensing.

Requirements

• Must have an active PRODUCER Property and Casualty License or personal lines
• Must reside within the required distance from the hub location.
• Must be available to work and commit to training and work schedule.
• Must be empathetic, driven, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
