Customer Service Bilingual Spanish (English and Spanish) Representatives needed for  a REMOTE position.  This position requires you to have great customer service and empathy.

Hours: Must be flexible to work 8 hours between 8am-11pm (Will require at least ONE WEEKEND DAY)

Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound calls only
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
• High School diploma
• Goal-driven and detail oriented
