Description
Job Title: Bilingual Case Analyst (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities:
• Handle approximately 50 inbound calls per day (volume may vary)
• Make 10–15 outbound calls daily through a digital lead queue
• Listen to clients, assess needs, and document cases accurately
• Use CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
• Follow established workflows and maintain detailed notes
• Collaborate with team members to support client outcomes
Requirements:
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, or similar positions
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• French language skills are a plus (not advertised)
Schedule:
• Operation runs seven days a week
• Employees work one weekend per month (occasionally two during peak periods)
• A weekday off is provided when a weekend is scheduled to maintain a five-day workweek
• Voluntary overtime available near month-end
• If a candidate cannot work one specific weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), scheduling can accommodate it — but they must be able to work at least one weekend day when required
