Description
Seeking a Compensation Analyst with solid Workday experience to join our Atlanta corporate team.
Contract-to-hire | ~$35-40/hr+ | Growth opportunity

Duties:
• Support merit & incentive cycles
• Lead market pricing (Radford/Culpepper)
• Manage Workday comp data & governance
• Partner with HR and business leaders
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including market pricing, job architecture, and administration of annual compensation programs.
- Strong Workday experience, including compensation dashboards, job profile maintenance, audits, and data governance (as reflected in your current team’s workflow).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex compensation cycles with precision and attention to detail.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in a multi-site manufacturing or corporate HR environment a Plus!!!!
