Healthcare Billing Operations Specialist

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Cross Coverage Representative to support Patient Accounts, Over-provision, and Accounts Receivable teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing billing tasks, and helping with training and system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work ETM worklists (No Activity, Denials, Appeals)
• Review payer rejections and report trends
• Research carrier issues and process credit balances
• Post payments and rejections in IDX; maintain daily batch logs
• Assist with reports, new hire training, and system upgrades
• Support templates, system issues, and password resets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years medical billing experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently
