Logistics Specialist (Bilingual Spanish)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage carrier and freight vendor relationships, including rate negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Analyze freight costs, transit times, and shipping performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, claims, and transportation-related concerns
• Partner with warehouse and production teams to support inventory movement and transportation planning.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics data within company systems.
• Create and monitor logistics KPIs, including on-time delivery and freight costs
• Ensure compliance with transportation, customs, and safety regulations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or shipping experience.
• Experience working with carriers, freight brokers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, or related logistics systems required .
• Knowledge of international shipping and import/export documentation is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication, organization, and vendor management skills.
