Candidates must be available to work any assigned 8-hour shift within the following hours:
- Monday through Saturday
- Operating hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do
As a Member Services Specialist, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for members, providing outstanding service and support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities Include:
? Responding to inbound and outbound member calls
? Assisting with questions related to healthcare programs and services
? Documenting interactions and updating member records accurately
? Processing correspondence, including fax, mail, and electronic communications
? Contacting members to gather additional information when needed
? Completing data entry and administrative support functions
? Following established program guidelines and procedures
? Meeting quality, productivity, and performance expectations
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
? At least 1 year of recent high-volume call center customer service experience
? Strong communication and active listening skills
? Ability to multitask across multiple systems and applications
? Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection (hotspots not accepted)
? Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
? Dependable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts
? Basic troubleshooting skills for remote work technology
? Ability to meet established KPIs and performance metrics
