Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience

A well-established manufacturer of communication, navigation, and shipboard electrical systems serving military and commercial customers is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join its team in Sodus, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys customer interaction, sales support, and working in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and submitting customer quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure all information is entered correctly
• Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and order information within company systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email
• Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, production, and other internal departments to support customer needs
• Track and maintain sales-related documentation, including quotes, purchase orders, shipping records, and invoices
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
• Manage data entry and record-keeping with a high level of accuracy and organization
