Opportunities are available in several billing departments, including Appeals, Denials, Overpayments, and Accounts Receivable (A/R).

Available Departments:

-Appeals

-Denials Management

-Overpayments/Credit Balances

-Accounts Receivable Follow-Up

Key Responsibilities:

-Research and resolve claim denials and reimbursement issues

-Submit and track insurance appeals

-Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances

-Process overpayments and credit balances accurately

-Work with insurance carriers to ensure timely claim resolution

-Maintain accurate documentation and billing records

Qualifications:

-Previous medical billing experience required

-Experience with appeals, denials, A/R, collections, or overpayments preferred

-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
