Operations Supervisor (Seasonal – 3 Month Assignment)

Midland, GA | $30.00/Hour | Immediate Start

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join a high-volume distribution center for a 3-month seasonal assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys developing teams, driving productivity, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead associates within assigned department(s)
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, attendance, and workflow performance
• Adjust staffing and workloads to meet changing business demands
• Train, coach, and develop employees while supporting cross-training initiatives
• Utilize WMS/SAP systems to monitor operations and track performance metrics
• Identify process improvements and implement operational enhancements
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and company standards
• Communicate department performance and operational updates to leadership

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse, or retail operations
• Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Flexible to work any shift, overtime, and 40-45+ hours per week as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting
