Location: Sandy, UT Pay: $24-$28/hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Immediate Hiring – Multiple
Two weeks of onsite training
Week 1: Classroom training
Week 2: Job shadowing and hands-on learning
Onsite position to start

A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking experienced Prior Authorization Specialists to join its team in Sandy, Utah. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior authorization, insurance verification, medical billing, or healthcare administration experience who are looking for long-term stability and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Obtain and manage prior authorizations for medical treatments and specialty therapies
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
- Work directly with insurance carriers, providers, and patients
- Track authorization status and follow up on pending requests
- Assist with denials, appeals, and coverage issues
- Maintain accurate documentation within company systems
What We're Looking For
- Prior Authorization experience preferred
- Insurance Verification experience
- Medical Billing and Coding experience a plus
- Healthcare administration or medical office background
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
