Job Opening: Intake Sales Representative

Duluth, GA | $22-$25/hr | Temp-to-Hire

We're hiring Intake Specialists to join a busy personal injury law firm in Duluth, GA. This is a high-volume phone-based role focused on speaking with prospective clients, building trust, gathering information, and following up to help move cases forward.

Pay

• $22.00/hr (English Speaking)
• $25.00/hr (Bilingual Spanish)

Schedule

Training (4 Weeks)

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

After Training

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Flexible schedules between 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Build rapport with potential clients
• Manage lead follow-up and pipeline activity
• Accurately enter information while on calls
• Navigate multiple systems at once
• Meet attendance, performance, and KPI goals

Qualifications

• Inside sales, SDR, outbound sales, retention, or call center experience preferred
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
• Spanish bilingual candidates strongly preferred
