We’re hiring an experienced Electronics Repair Technician for a direct hire, permanent opportunity with a stable and growing company. This position is ideal for someone with strong soldering skills and hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic components at the board level.

What You’ll Do

• Install and remove electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Perform through-hole and surface mount soldering and rework
• Troubleshoot electronic assemblies at the component level
• Use digital multimeters to test and verify repairs
• Inspect solder joints and repair defects as needed
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and documentation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, ESD-safe work environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of through-hole and surface mount soldering experience
• Component-level troubleshooting experience
• Ability to use a digital multimeter for diagnostics
• Knowledge of electronic components, polarity, and PCB assembly
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC soldering certification
• Oscilloscope experience
• Previous electronics repair, manufacturing, or PCB assembly experience

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Overtime available
• At least one Saturday per month is required

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and repetitive hand movement
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
