Position: TTH Onsite Entry Level Admissions Specialist
Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: $18/hr. Weekly pay + Full Benefits
Training Schedule: 8am-5p MST.
After Training Schedule: Must be available to work 8hr. Shift M-F between the hours of 8am-8pm MST. (Must be OK with working a closing shift)
Job Duties:
Make and receive high-volume calls from prospective students regarding educational programs.
Respond to inquiries generated through websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
Assess student interests, career goals, and program suitability.
Schedule admissions interviews and campus visits.
Requirements:
- 1 Year of customer service experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Confident and articulate
- Assertive and comfortable overcoming objections
- Sales-minded and motivated by goals
- Strong multitasking
- Coach-able and competitive
- ZERO time off in the 1st 90 days of employment
- Must live in or near Mesa, AZ
