Join a leading manufacturer of custom-engineered seals and precision components used in aerospace, defense, marine, and industrial applications. We are seeking detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to build and test critical seal assemblies in a quality-driven manufacturing environment.
This position is ideal for candidates with assembly, manufacturing, production, machine shop, or mechanical experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
· Assemble precision seal products following work instructions and blueprints.
· Inspect parts before assembly to ensure quality.
· Test completed assemblies to confirm proper performance.
· Complete production paperwork, testing records, and build documentation.
· Use hand tools and testing equipment, including torque wrenches and hex keys.
· Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
· Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
· Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing, assembly, or machine shop experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills for production recordkeeping and documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
