POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Position Title: REMOTE Outreach Agent- Medical Chart Retrieval

Start Date: August 2025

Pay: $16.00/hr.

Hire Type: Temp to hire

Location: Work From Home- This is a work from home position but does not allow for a flexible shift. You must be able to be at your computer actively working for your assigned shift.

Equipment: Provided but you will need to provide a quiet home office environment and hardwired internet access.

Training Shift/Schedule: 17 days- 8:00am – 4:30pm CST (7 days classroom training, 10 days of nesting)

Post Training Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm CST (30 min lunch)

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Conduct calls to contact provider offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies while providing excellent customer service experience. (High call volume 100+ daily)
  • Perform repetitive tasks such as copying and pasting.
  • Navigate call center software to perform research, answer inquiries, and update information.

  • Title: Life & Health Customer Support Insurance Agent
  • Pay: $38K-$45K yearly with commission structure (Pay range depends on experience)
  • Locations: MI, IN, WI, FL, GA, NC, SC, TX (Excluding San Antonio TX, Dallas TX, and Euless TX licensed holders)
  • Start: August, September, October, November
  • Training: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm EST (No Time Off During Training)
  • After Training Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:45am-7pm EST (Must be flexible to work 8-hour shifts)

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ year in inbound/outbound call center
  • High Speed Internet
  • Previous Health and Life Sales Experience
  • Active Health and Life Insurance License in the state your currently reside
  • Good employment tenure
  • Highly driven and competitive in nature
  • Able to navigate technical issues independently

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor workflows and customer interactions to identify potential issues or service disruptions. Immediately communicate these concerns to team leads or supervisors, providing relevant context and documentation to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on operations
  • Accurately and securely process customer payments using designated online platforms. Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with company policies and data security standards, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors or discrepancies.

Shift/Schedule:

  • Afternoon/evening shifts are available at this time.
  • Latest shift ends at 11pm.
  • Must be able to work one weekend day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Respond to customer questions about availability, pricing, and other relevant details related to reservations.
  • Process bookings for various hotels while offering a positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and other modifications to existing bookings.
  • Accurately record customer information and booking details in reservation systems.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their reservations or requests as needed.
  • Promote additional services or upgrades to enhance the customer’s experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiology evaluation and treatment

  • Monitor and assess patients for changes in condition or response to treatment

  • Administer medications, assist with cardiac procedures, and support providers as needed

  • Educate patients and families about heart health, procedures, and ongoing care

  • Document care accurately and timely in the EMR system

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans


Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee (required)

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical RN experience (cardiology or critical care preferred)

  • Strong assessment and communication skills

  • Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.) a plus

  • BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain)
