Summary:
The Customer Service Admin – Card Services helps members with credit, debit, and ATM card services. This role includes processing card requests, handling disputes, monitoring fraud, and supporting branch staff with card-related questions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with card disputes and fraud claims following Visa and regulatory guidelines.
  • Process card orders, replacements, and account updates (lost/stolen, name changes, closures).
  • Support branch staff with card account questions and research.
  • Monitor suspicious activity and report potential fraud.
  • Process daily settlements, adjustments, and ATM-related transactions.
  • Manage in-house card production and maintain inventory.
  • Maintain rewards programs, upgrades, and other card-related services.
  • Provide backup support and training for team members.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of inventory, identifying and reducing financial waste, and determining the true costs associated with manufacturing and inventory management. The successful candidate must ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and support the finance team in achieving operational and financial goals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the month-end close by preparing and posting journal entries, performing variance analysis on expenses, and reconciling accounts

  • Post daily production and costing activity for Georgia and Ohio manufacturing sites, investigate and resolve variances before posting, and communicate findings with Production Management

  • Oversee and reconcile inventory receipts, participate in physical inventories, and support cycle counting efforts

  • Perform inventory reconciliations, verifying accuracy of material certifications, mill test reports, and inventory releases at docks and warehouses

About the Role

We are seeking Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) to join our nationwide team. As an FRM, you will play a critical role in helping patients gain access to life-changing specialty medications by working directly with provider offices across your assigned territory. This is a field-based position with heavy travel—typically visiting practices 4days per week.

Base salary is between $113,000 and $121,000 for a highly qualified candidate and is dependent on the territory that you live in and work.   Ask us about the sign-on bonus also!

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies , and Pharma Sales and Marketing, to navigate access and reimbursement challenges for specialty drugs.

  • Serve as an expert in prior authorizations, benefits investigations, appeals, and denials.

  • Provide education and training to provider offices on access pathways, reimbursement programs, and payer policies.

  • Help patients overcome barriers by supporting co-pay card approvals, patient assistance programs, and foundation funding opportunities.

  • Stay up to date on FDA indications, payer policy changes, ICD-10 coding, J-codes, and reimbursement guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

The best candidates will have some outside territory management or provider office visits experience PLUS all of the below :

  • 2–5 years of specialty drug access and reimbursement experience (pharmaceutical experience preferred).

  • Deep expertise in:

    • Specialty drug prior authorizations through portals

    • Benefits investigations

    • Full knowledge of Medicare (especially Part D), commercial insurance, and state Medicaid

    • Working prior authorization appeals and denials

  • Plus 1–4 years of experience in:

    • Escalations and provider education

    • Commercial co-pay card programs

    • Patient assistance program approvals

    • Foundation coverage and guidelines

  • A proven ability to train, educate, and influence provider staff.

  • Strong computer literacy (MS Teams, PowerPoint, web meeting platforms).

Job Responsibilities

  • Packing, moving, and cleaning contents from one warehouse to another as directed by Supervisor.
  • Pay Rate 16.50-17/hr
  • Handle cartons weighing 50 pounds, occasionally weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Maintain an acceptable level of productivity
  • Receive daily work assignments from supervision and/or lead
  • Ability to work with basic warehouse systems as required by facility (i.e. GLS)
  • Responsible for maintaining clean and safe work area
  • Maintain all safety rules
  • Performs job related duties as specified by management

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects consistently throughout your entire shift.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time while lifting heavy materials.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to show up daily and maintain good attendance.
  • Follow safety procedures.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients while supporting production companies with new business sales, account maintenance, and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and organized.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process address changes and update client records

  • Assist customers with filing claims in-person or via conference call

  • Accept and process payments

  • Handle creditor/lienholder applications for personal lines policies

  • Process coverage changes and vehicle replacements

  • Verify vehicle information during customer interactions or payment processing

  • Provide ongoing service to existing customers across multiple product lines

  • Transfer leads to production companies when appropriate


Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in insurance or a related field preferred

  • Experience with Epic or other insurance management software is a plus
