Location: Fully Remote- Equipment Provided 

Position type: Direct Hire 

Pay: Pay will range from $19/hr-$25/hr based on experience + BONUS 

You must have a valid Health insurance License in the state you reside in. 

Schedule: Shifts will vary between 8am-11pm CST Monday – Sunday. MUST be flexible, there is a lot of over time opportunity.

– Training will be the first 6 weeks from a set schedule of 8:30am-5pm CST. 

Position overview: In this role you will handle inbound calls from consumers interested in saving money on their Medicare expenses. You will be responsible for effectively educating and selling health insurance plans to consumers. 

We are looking for someone that is comfortable in a sales role and selling from major carriers. A Sales Mentality is ideal!!! 

REQUIRMENTS:

MUST HAVE ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF MEDICARE SALES IN THE ANNUAL ENROLLMENT PERIOD 

-MUST HAVE SOLD FROM HUMANA OR UHC

Customer Service Representative Role:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolutions to our members. This role will take inbound calls to assist people with scheduling regular meal deliveries Telecommunication based customer interaction to answer and resolve a variety of inquiries. This is high volume, customer service environment. You’ll need to be efficient, productive, and thorough dealing with our members over the phone.

Contract Position- potential to go longer 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide resolution for customers.
  • Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
  • Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health Care/Insurance environment.
  • Social work, behavioral health, health promotion, and behavior change.
  • Customer service experience.

Schedule:

Training is Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM for the first week.

After, the schedule is an 8-hour shift between Monday to Sunday from second shift- 11am start time typically

Compensation:

$17.00/hourly – weekly pay $18/ HR if Bilingual spanish
