A well-known Health and Beauty company is looking for a Sr. Accountant, located in Irvine. This is a great opportunity with a stable company that provides excellent pay and benefits. This is a temporary to hire position.  Offering $43-$46/hr. DOE. Full time 100% on-site M-F.

The Senior Accountant is a full-time position responsible for the timely and accurate completion of quarterly and annual financial statements and for assisting with the general ledger month end close process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare/review month end reports.
  • Work closely with other accounting team members to ensure efficiencies are utilized and to ensure the financial data is accurately stated.
  • Work in partnership with other internal departments’ team members.
  • Financial Statement Preparation and Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely generation of financial statements and analyses for management.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve accounting and financial reporting issues.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the Company's books to ensure they are kept in accordance with GAAP.
  • This includes understanding all components of the quarterly financial statements, reporting bridges, and supporting commentary, as well as the annual audited financial statements and accompanying footnotes.
  • Provide accounting support and expertise to other departments within the organization.
  • Collaborate with team members throughout the organization to proactively drive improvements, positive change and viable solutions for accounting and reporting needs.
  • Provide dedicated support for the future SAP implementation to safeguard its success. Actively participate in the adherence to established internal controls.
  • Lead initiatives to address the development and maintenance of accounting policies and controls, compliant with standards of effective internal controls as required by Parent.
  • Serve as a key contributor and/or lead for the completion of the annual audit. Other ad-hoc projects and/or research, as needed.

A real estate investment company is looking for an Accounts Receivable located in Irvine area. This is a great opportunity with a stable company that provides excellent pay and benefits, this is a Contract-to-Hire position opportunity with a reputable company. Offering $25/hr. Full time 100% on-site.

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming requests from tenant by phone, e-mail, and managing their inquires or requests
  • Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of rent by following company policy for non-payment and provide monthly accounts receivable comments.
  • Collect, input and review monthly and annual certified tenants sales information
  • Prepare, record, verify, analyze and report accounts receivable transactions, and post tenant payments in a timely manner
  • Prepare tenant account reconciliations
  • Review and process late fees end statements and support for annual CAM reconciliations and estimates
  • Prepare billing adjustments, write off, and Security Deposit Refund/Forfeit based off lease documents and open/close notifications
  • Review monthly bill backs invoices before they are sent to customers
  • Provide accounting support to property management team and participate in periodic meetings with property managers
  • Work in a team environment while also being able to work independently on certain tasks
  • Use of Microsoft products (including Word and Excel)
  • Utilize Office/Retail specific applications (MRI)
  • Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with Operations and Tenants
