We are seeking Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) to join our nationwide team. As an FRM, you will play a critical role in helping patients gain access to life-changing specialty medications by working directly with provider offices across your assigned territory. This is a field-based position with heavy travel—typically visiting practices 4days per week.
Base salary is between $113,000 and $121,000 for a highly qualified candidate and is dependent on the territory that you live in and work. Ask us about the sign-on bonus also!

What You’ll Do

Partner with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies , and Pharma Sales and Marketing, to navigate access and reimbursement challenges for specialty drugs.

Serve as an expert in prior authorizations, benefits investigations, appeals, and denials.

Provide education and training to provider offices on access pathways, reimbursement programs, and payer policies.

Help patients overcome barriers by supporting co-pay card approvals, patient assistance programs, and foundation funding opportunities.

Stay up to date on FDA indications, payer policy changes, ICD-10 coding, J-codes, and reimbursement guidelines.

Manage escalations and ensure providers have the resources they need for successful reimbursement outcomes.

The best candidates will have some outside territory management or provider office visits experience PLUS all of the below :

Job Requirements:
