Position Details
Position: Remote Medical Customer Service Representative
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST
(Must be available to work any assigned 8-hour shift during those hours)
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist members with questions
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with every interaction
MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT FROM IRVING, TX.

- Call Center experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Reliable internet connection
- Must be able to pick up company equipment in Irving, TX
